Maintenance + repairs = savings
In the summer, have your home’s exterior walls inspected, and add a sealer coat if needed. Properly sealed walls prevent water or moisture from entering, which saves on repairs.
It’s also a good idea to check on your home’s heating system during the summer. Perform preventive maintenance, heater clean-outs, and/or professional repairs to ensure it is working by winter.
